Rulon® is etched on one side for normal service with 2 step epoxy system.
Rulon® standard width 12", thinner widths available for an additional cutting charge. Please make a note in the special instruction box when you send your RFQ to indicate a special size.
Rulon® is available in continuous rolls or cut to length.
Non standard sizes of Rulon® available to .250 thick.
Laminate composite is polyester material impregnated with thermal setting resins. Material available in standard sheets 24" x 48" (larger sheets by request), maximum 2" thick.
Bonding of all Rulon® and composite material to steel, aluminum, and other substrates, processed at our Troy plant. Other PTFE composites including Rulon® F, Glass filled or Virgin PTFE, Metaloplast are availble for bonding. Discuss high tempature bonding applications with our sales department.
